Shipping & delivery terms
Products, if available in stock, will be shipped within 1-2 business days (Monday – Friday) from receipt of your order. We cannot always guarantee that we will meet these times during peak periods or due to factors beyond our reasonable control.
For Naty customers the DAP - Delivered At Place - applies. This means seller pays for carriage to the named place, except for costs related to import clearance, and assumes all risks prior to the point that the goods are ready for unloading by the buyer.
All orders are shipped via Australian Post, Naty’s preferred carrier. Delivery time is provided as guidelines only. Please note that we are unable to deliver to Post Office boxes.
If you are not fully satisfied with your product you always have the possibility to return your item within 14 days after you have received the item(s). You will receive a full refund for the item, excluding the return cost for the item. All items should be returned in perfect condition and not worn, used or washed. Returns will only be accepted if labels and original packing are fully intact. Also, it helps if the original receipt that comes with the shipment is enclosed together with the returned products so that we have all information.
You may cancel your order within 100 days so long as the notification is received by Naty AB in writing to our customer support http://support.naty.com/. If the order has been despatched, you will be responsible for returning the goods to Naty AB. Once the goods have been delivered normal returns policy applies to the order, see How to Return section below
How to Return
- Fill out our return form. You will find the return form by clicking on RETURN FORM. Send filled out return form with your package. Let us know who you are, what you are sending back, what's wrong and if you need a refund or exchange and we will get on to it asap.
- Pack your items in a suitable package bag/box (we’d really like to try and keep waste to a minimum, so please consider the environment and re-use our packaging as much as possible).
- Please ship the items in the post to us. We're not responsible for returns in transit so please use a recorded service to make sure they arrive safely. Returns/Exchanges should be sent to the following address:

- We will take care of everything when your goods arrive back and we'll let you know if there's anything we need to talk to you about. Please remember that all costs for returns are yours. Unfortunately we cannot track your returned order, but if you have any queries, we are happy to help you. For claims or errors, however, Naty of course takes all additional charges.
- If your order was paid with a credit/debit card, the money will be transferred to the card used at the purchase. These transactions can take up to 3-8 bank days.
- When we've accepted your return and transferred the money, you will hear from us.
Costs for Return
Naty is not responsible for shipping costs that may incur regarding the return of a product. Refunds for returned products will be made as soon as possible, 30 business days at the latest, after Naty receives the returned products. The refund will be made to the credit/debit card you used for the order in question. Please note that additional duties, taxes or any other charges that may incur will not be refunded by Naty.
