Naty AB is producing and marketing a concept of ECO hygienic products under its own brand name Naty by Nature Babycare. The company works with new high tech organic materials.  The company sells pre-dominantly on export and the main markets are UK, USA, France, Holland, Italy, Canada, Scandinavia, and Australia. Production is based in 7 factories in Europe. Naty AB is a young, rapidly growing company with high quality standards.  Naty AB has central agreement with international market leader retailers in Europe. The goal is to remain in the forefront of marketing a concept of high-class environmentally friendly hygienic products.

Sales Representative in the US for ECO hygienic products

Naty has been active in the US market for many years and have sales in the E- commerce sector with Amazon, and Earth baby on board. The rest is in brick and mortar stores, Walgreens, Target, Duane Reade and some other customers.

Naty is now looking for a replacement of the current Sales Representative.

Naty is an expanding business with an exciting growth potential. The key strategy is to continue to develop our business in the brick and mortar sector and exploit any opportunities for growth that arise in the brick and mortar sector. We therefore need someone who has strong knowledge and understanding in the brick and mortar area and that have an in-depth understanding of key customers, what the most economically successful methods of driving sales volumes are and the most effective promotional techniques.

The Naty brand appeals to high-end customers who are very loyal and is therefore an attractive brand. The goal is to grow sales in US. In addition, you should identify new customers and growing market segments. Success is also achieved through good ratings with bloggers, mum forums and sites, so the candidate will need to have knowledge and experience of working with these platforms too.

The role would be home based in US and much of the customer contact will be via email and phone, there will be a need for at least 2 visits per annum to each of the major customers, one of which will probably be with the Swedish CEO.

Key Task and Responsibilities:

  • Agree strategy for Naty US with Naty CEO and then implement that strategy
  • Develop business plans to achieve targets and budgets.
  • Target and develop new customers, negotiate contracts and prices
  • Manage, develop, motivate, service and educate retail accounts to facilitate sales growth
  • Develop, motivate, service and educate distribution channels to facilitate sales growth
  • Develop strong relationships with the highest levels of Executive Management
  • Make every effort to be a market leader by increasing market share and building brand image


We believe that you are a professional sales person with a strong desire for personal growth in FMCG & Consumer sector. Needless to say, you must be self-going, proactive and results-driven. You should also have an academic marketing or business education.
