Delivery Details

 

Nature Babycare orders are currently delivered via StarTrak Couriers. A residential address must be provided. They do not deliver to PO boxes. If you are not home on delivery StarTrak will leave a card with their contact details. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to contact StarTrak within 24 hours of attempted delivery to arrange an alternative delivery date. If you are not home and want StarTrak to leave at your address, please leave delivery instructions when you go through Paypal. This is at the risk of purchaser and Naty nor StarTrak are responsible for missing packages once delivered. Postage cost (based on address, order quantity and weight) is calculated after you enter your payment details via Paypal. We charge you what the courier charges us. Your order is not processed until final PAY button has been pressed. If the final PAY button is not pressed your order will not be processed. Please allow 3 - 5 days for delivery. All orders are currently dispatched from our Melbourne warehouse.
