Area Sales Manager

Naty is an expanding business with an exciting growth potential. In the light of this, we are looking for an Area Sales Manager who will be responsible for reinforcing and developing the sales cooperation in the e-commerce sector and exploit any opportunities for growth in the brick and mortar sector, in store execution implementation. The goal is to grow sales in the selected countries. In addition, you should identify new customers and growing market segments at an early stage and assist CEO in sales activities all over the world. Success in E-commerce is also achieved through good ratings with bloggers, mums forums and sites, so the candidate will need to have knowledge and experience of working with these platforms too.

Key Task and Responsibilities:

  • Develop business plans to achieve targets and budgets.
  • Target and develop new customers, negotiate contracts and prices
  • Manage, develop, motivate, service and educate retail accounts to facilitate sales growth
  • Develop, motivate, service and educate distribution channel to facilitate sales growth
  • Develop strong relationships with the highest levels of executive management
  • Make every effort to be a market leader by increasing market share and building brand image

We believe that you are a talented professional with a strong desire for personal growth in a growing international FMCG & Consumer sector. Needless to say, you must be self-going, proactive and resultsdriven. You should also have an academic degree in marketing or business, and you have excellent written and verbal communication skills in German. Experience from international sales work and an understanding of international business culture is a plus. Experience from FMCG & Consumer sector is also beneficial.

products50-75 travelling days are a minimum to be successful in the job. You work from the Naty HQ in Stockholm the remaining time. You will report to CEO.
